8.2 - Shipping and handling charges are refundable if a mistake is determined to have been made by Kiwi. Once the returned items have been received, in acceptable condition by Kiwi, a replacement or a credit will be issued.

8.3 - Exchange or reimbursement cannot be done at Kiwi Store.
