RETURN POLICY

How do I return or exchange items ?

You can request the return of one or more items from the Return section at the bottom of the home page of our website.

You have 14 days to request the return of an item.

For a product to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when it was purchased, without any signs of use and with its original label.

Returns & refunds for orders placed on Marketplaces

The return label is provided with your order.

  1. Log in to your account on the site where you placed your order to make your return.

  2. Place the items in their original packaging and seal the package securely.

  3. Affix the return label to the package.

  4. Then drop off your return at a post office or a Colissimo relay point.
